William B. Kuhn, M.D.

Dr. Kuhn is a neurosurgeon on staff at Halifax Medical Center, Memorial Hospital- Ormond Beach, and Leesburg Regional Medical Center.  He completed his neurosurgical training at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.  He also completed two fellowships, one in spinal cord injuries and surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and one in cerebrovascular surgery at Nagoya University in Nagoya, Japan.   Dr. Kuhn's specialty is complex spinal surgeries, but he also performs cerebrovascular surgery and excisions of brain tumors.

Federico C. Vinas, M.D.

Dr. Vinas is a staff neurosurgeon at Halifax Medical Center and Memorial Hospital. Dr. Vinas completed his training on Neurological Surgery at Wayne State University, in Detroit, Michigan where he received the Award for Excellence in Scholarly Activities in 2000. With more than 70 scientific manuscripts published and 150 presentations at national and international meetings his work has been well recognized. Dr. Vinas specializes in cerebrovascular surgery, brain tumors, and complex spine surgery.
